Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of BrightHive’s creative, advertising and performance marketing services. By accessing our website, purchasing a package, or communicating with our team, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. The goal of this agreement is to ensure clarity, transparency and a smooth collaboration between the client and our agency.

2. Scope of Services

BrightHive provides campaign planning, creative production, performance optimization, media buying, reporting and related marketing services. Each package outlines a specific scope, and any custom work or additional requests may incur additional charges. Detailed descriptions of deliverables will be provided through email or shared documentation before project launch.

We reserve the right to update or adjust service packages at any time. However, changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed by the client.

3. Payments

Payment must be completed in full before campaign preparation begins. Once we receive your payment, our team initiates strategy development, creative work and technical setup. All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

In some cases, additional fees may apply—for example, costs related to new creative requests, expanded audiences, or increased advertising budgets. These will always be communicated clearly before being added to your order.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds can be issued only before campaign production or media setup has started. Once our team begins working on your project or ad accounts, we cannot refund the time and resources already invested. Media budgets spent on platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) are also non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel or adjust your order, we recommend contacting us immediately at info@brighthivemarketing.com so we can review the status of your project and determine available solutions.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and optimal campaign performance, the client must provide all required assets—brand guidelines, visuals, account access, texts, landing page URLs and any additional information requested by our team. Delays in providing assets may result in extended project timelines.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies. BrightHive is not responsible for content restrictions or account limitations caused by the client’s materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to achieve strong results, advertising performance depends on many external factors such as market conditions, product quality, competition and platform behaviour. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, ROAS or sales. Our responsibility is to deliver the agreed work with professional quality and best industry practices.
